Service Description

This class focuses on gentle physical activity to improve flexibility, strength, balance, and relaxation. Participants will engage in beginner-friendly yoga poses, stretching exercises, breathing techniques, and light cardio routines—all adapted for various abilities. Emphasis is placed on body awareness, reducing stress, and building confidence in physical movement. No prior experience needed; mats and equipment are provided.
